Back in 1998 when I launched Horn Articles Online, I was on the cutting edge of another trend, the personal website. Back then it served me well!

Fast forward to 2021, and no matter what I did to it, that personal website, integrated within Horn Articles Online, was looking really dated. Pondering this after my sabbatical, the clear solution was to update Horn Articles Online as a standalone site, and to finally build a new personal website.

The format I chose includes a blog area. I won’t stop posting at Horn Matters, but be watching here for more personal content on my teaching and playing. I plan also to move a few older Horn Matters articles of this general type here as well.. Everything before this post is of this type, and I have loaded it so that it is at the same date as originally posted there.
